On a spiritual and emotional level we really need to let the spirit of our unborn baby go.

Of course this isn't going to happen the day after the abortion. This is a process, there needs to be a period of grieving.

I shrouded myself in a room with angel pictures and angel figurines, thinking I was creating a form of remembrance. But I wasn't. It was more like a tomb. This kind of behaviour may be partly also because there is no marked societal ceremony like a funeral. No place to go to, to mourn.

We may justify to ourselves that it wasn't a baby, but on a deeper soul level we have a connection to the spirit of this baby.

If you find it hard to let this energy go, then you may have deeper healing work to do, perhaps abandonment from your own childhood.

Question by da_girl: What is the difference between a guardian angel and a spirit guide?
I always hear psychics mention the word "spirit guides" and it seems like they're the ones giving them the answers when people ask them questions. I also heard that every person has a spirit guide, and in my friend's case, she has been told that she has 2 guides, that's why she is lucky in life. So now i want to ask what are the respective roles of spirit guides and guardian angels? And what is their purpose? What are the things that they do? Thanks.

I have been interested in paranormal things for quite sometime. I found a book on "Opening to Channel, How to Connect with your Guide" I have found it very interesting, but sometimes i don't seem to get it. More than anything i want to be able to talk to my guide. I am really into spiritual, magic, paranormal, etc. stuff. so that's why i want to be able to talk to my guide and be able to channel also it is suppose to help in life. Please if anybody knows how or knows a website that shows how or explains how to do it i will really appreciate it!! Thank you sooo much!
